Emily Pendleton

Emily Pendleton is a Career Coach at the Professional Development Center within the Eller College of Management, a role she began in 2026. Prior to joining Eller, she supported students at the SALT Center and the Campus Store as part of her career at the University of Arizona. She also brings valuable industry experience from her work with Macy’s and Resort Retail Incorporated.

Emily earned her Bachelor of Science in Retailing and Consumer Sciences from the University of Arizona and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. In addition to her professional career, she is a business owner alongside her husband in Tucson, where they operate two businesses together.

Emily is passionate about working with students and is dedicated to helping them achieve their career goals through personalized guidance and support.
