Kaylin Holden teaches in the Eller College of Management’s undergraduate platform. She joined the team as a full-time Business Communications lecturer in 2024 after previously serving as an adjunct lecturer in 2022 and 2023. Kaylin holds two degrees: a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Writing from the University of California, Davis. She enjoys incorporating experiential learning into her teaching, drawing from her diverse experience in higher education, athletics, and business to create engaging, real-world applications for her students.
Prior to becoming a lecturer, Kaylin worked in various roles at the University of Arizona, including as Manager of University Compliance in the Athletics Department, where she led policy education and enforcement initiatives, oversaw Title IX compliance, co-chaired the department’s strategic plan, and managed personnel operations and performance. She also served as Program Coordinator for the THINK TANK Writing Center, where she restructured program operations and developed a multi-tiered writing tutor training curriculum.
