Nicolas Jarrige

Nicolas Jarrige is Vice President of Research & Development at NXP Semiconductors NXP Semiconductors, a global leader in secure connectivity solutions for embedded applications. A French American technology executive with over 25 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Nicolas oversees all power management product development and execution and leads global R&D teams comprising more than 350 professionals.

He began his career in 1999 at Motorola France after earning a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and moved to the United States in 2008 to start his leadership across international R&D operations. Over the course of his career, Nicolas has successfully delivered more than 60 products, driving innovation from concept to market.

His core expertise includes automotive systems, functional safety, power management technologies, and building large, scalable global organizations. Nicolas is deeply committed to fostering collaboration between industry and academia, supporting joint research initiatives, talent development, and the advancement of sustainable and intelligent technologies.
