The annual CFA Institute Research Challenge is a global competition that provides university students with an immersive financial analysis experience. In teams, students research and analyze a publicly traded company and then prepare and present a research report with a buy, sell or hold recommendation.

“I’m incredibly proud of the team and grateful to the CFA Institute facilitating this impactful opportunity for our students,” says their coach Matt Haertzen, lecturer in finance. “The CFA Institute will be a valuable resource for our students as they develop their careers in finance.”

The team will advance to the Americas Regional competition on April 20-21, 2020 in New York City. The Global Final of the CFA Institute Research Challenge will take place on April 22, 2020 in New York City.
