Responsibilities

Pam Perry is responsible for undergraduate academic and student services including professional development and placement. The undergraduate program enrolls more than 5,500 students combined in pre-business and the professional program and is ranked by U.S. News & World Report 21th in the nation. Among public business programs, the undergraduate program is ranked 11th

In addition to an outstanding traditional BSBA with 10 majors and a 90 percent placement rate, the Eller Undergraduate Program is proud of innovative global micro-campuses, a successful online business administration major and a student-centered culture called the Eller Experience. Supporting the University’s 100 percent Engagement initiative, all business students compete in at least five curricular competitions with companies solving actual problems.

As a member of the Eller administration for 26 years, Perry has reorganized the undergraduate curriculum into cohorts, improved academic advising services and has provided leadership that supports a philosophy for continuous improvement.

She is committed to student development through her efforts to enhance student community within the College. She is also the advisor for the Eller College Dean’s Council.
