Degrees

BS in Business Administration, The University of Arizona

I was born in bay area of California but raised in here in Tucson. I graduated from the University of Arizona in 2011. I spent my undergrad time in the Eller community and earned a B.S. in Business Administration. Upon graduating, I commissioned as an infantry officer in the United States Army. This continued my service from a previous enlistment prior to attending college and overall, I served 12 years on active duty holding various leadership positions.

After serving I decided that it was time to come back to the community that I love and transition to the corporate world. I had amazing experiences over the last 10 years and felt it was time to make my family a priority. Making the decision to transition included earning my MBA to gain knowledge, skills, and abilities to round out my leadership experience.

Eller’s Full-Time MBA program was exactly what I was looking for in a program. Eller’s professional development team coached me and demonstrated immediate value while I planned my career pivot. They assisted me to develop quality resumes and cover letters. They coached me to understand the importance of networking, developed my interview techniques, and answered various questions.

I am currently applying for a dual degree in MIS. Eller does a great job assisting individuals with maximizing their potential. It has been almost 10 years since I have graduated school and once I adjusted back to an academic lifestyle I realized I could do more. In addition to education gained from foundational business courses, the Full-Time MBA program has refined my ability to communicate professionally while working on a digital format. Our cohort, one of the best aspects of the Eller Full-Time MBA program currently lives in various places around the world. We work together nearly every day and we still grow and learn as if we are in the same classroom.

The Eller MBA program is an incredible way to further your career or pivot into a new career. If you have any questions about the program, my transition, my student experience, the application process, or any Eller MBA topics please contact me. I would be more than happy to speak with you and answer any questions you may have.
