Director, Graduate Programs and Academic Affairs
Kay Ross is the director of graduate programs and academic affairs for the Finance Department in the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona. She joined the Finance Department in October 2003, working with graduate students from their first interest in the programs, through graduation and job search and as alumni.
In 2011, she became the director of graduate programs and academic affairs, serving MS and PhD finance students, managing undergraduate scholarships and awards and overseeing the undergraduate minor and certificate programs. Ross also supports the academic and administrative needs of the department, including numerous program assessment activities, teaching load, alumni newsletters and contact and website content.
Ross has experience in Fortune 500, small business and nonprofit finance, human resources and operations efficiency. She taught finance, accounting and statistics for a private university, both on campus and online.
